These Terms govern use of the VertX Discord bot and dashboard. By inviting VertX, using its commands, or accessing its dashboard, you agree to these Terms and to Discord's applicable terms and policies.
1. Authorized use
You may use VertX only in Discord servers where you have permission to install or manage the bot. You are responsible for configuring permissions, channels, roles, moderation rules, and logging features appropriately for your community.
2. Server administration
VertX provides moderation, tickets, levels, economy, reaction roles, notifications, polls, giveaways, audit logging, and related tools. Server owners and administrators remain responsible for actions taken through those tools and for complying with applicable Discord rules and laws.
3. Prohibited use
- Do not use VertX for harassment, abuse, fraud, unlawful activity, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Do not attempt to bypass Discord permissions, role hierarchy, API limits, authentication, or VertX access controls.
- Do not exploit, reverse engineer, attack, or intentionally disrupt the service.
4. Availability
VertX may be updated, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued. Features may change as Discord's APIs, permissions, policies, or technical requirements change.
5. Premium services
Where paid VertX features are offered, billing is handled through the configured payment provider. Premium access is associated with the applicable server and may be suspended or removed if payment expires, is reversed, or violates these Terms.
6. Data and logs
Some VertX features process server configuration, Discord identifiers, moderation records, ticket information, activity records, and message content when logging features are explicitly configured. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Enforcement
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security threats, violations of these Terms, or violations of Discord policies.
